I already have a Callico web account. What do I need to do?

Reset your password.

If you’ve ever had a Callico web order account we still have a record of you.
However, the first time you visit the website, select “Sign In” on the upper right corner of the page and follow the Forgot Your Password? link. Follow the prompts to reset your password. Once you’ve reset, you’ll be able to login.


How do I become a Callico customer?
We love to welcome new customers. Please contact Customer Service so they can connect you with a sales rep in your region. Keep in mind that Callico is strictly a B2B redistributor and does not sell to the general public.


How do I establish a Callico online ordering account?
To create an online account, you must first be a registered Callico customer (See above). Once you are a Callico customer click “Register” on the top right of Callico.com. Fill out the form and submit. There will be a waiting period between registering and account approval. Please allow 24 hours.


How do I order online?
Once you have established an online account (See above) click Sign In on the top right of Callico.com.


How can I place an order?
Qualified customers can place an order in three ways:

3. Online through Callico.com 24/7 - Sign up now.


I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Select Forgot Your Password? on login screen and follow the screen prompts.


Will my saved shopping lists carry over to the new site?
No.
If you normally save shopping lists and want to carry them over, please call us and we’ll help you out.

Will my product order history still be visible and intact?
Yes.
